Hi! I am a Professsional Counsellor in the Lancashire area. I offer private counselling in all areas such as:

Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Eating Disorders, Gambling, Addiction and Substance Abuse, Couples Counselling,

Child Counselling, Bereavement, Group Sessions - Any Area.

 

I am fairly unique to most counsellors, as I myself have experienced many counselling and therapy sessions. I have Bipolar Disorder and from a young age I have encountered the fear of going to a stranger to talk about my current problems. So do not fear, I am fully aware of how it feels to be on the other side, and with that I hope you seek comfort in knowing I have a good idea of how you feel.

 

I qualified from The Blackford Centre for Counselling, based in Bristol with the highest honours.
